Our Operations team were invited to participate in our brand new ‘Follow the Build’ program. An opportunity for our office-based team to head out on site and experience all stages of construction of a new home – fueling their desire to lear

The first stop was at a vacant block in Pascoe Vale to conduct a site inspection followed by a trip to Wollert to inspect a home at base stage. Peter Lee shared his extensive construction knowledge and experience with the team, talking about the pre-pour stage. The final stop was connecting together with a picnic in a park to complete a wonderful day that builds on our passion to always improve and make things better.
