The Selection Studio is your exclusive Eight Homes’ showroom where you have the freedom to choose from leading brands. Use this unique resource to finalise the interior and exterior design of your new Eight home with expert advice from our experienced consultants.
At Eight Homes, you have the choice of incorporating your individual style and flair that will transform your house into your home. You will meet with your Colour Consultant to choose your colours, fittings, textures and appliances, discuss colour schemes and finishes.
Access to Eight Homes' Selection Studio is for clients only, via appointment.

When you purchase an Eight Home you have the choice to select a scheme from our pre-designed colour boards or you may come in to the Selection Studio to make it your own. You may also wish to upgrade the electrical items in your home which is a separate appointment with a dedicated electrical expert.
Using your wish list, your Colour Consultant will have pricing for all the items you considered at your Browse Appointment. They'll walk the showroom to cover all aspects of your home to confirm for final selection of colours, appliances, fixtures and fittings.
Separate to a Colour Appointment you may also have an Electrical Appointment. Items covered in this appointment include adding entertainment or security systems, changing or upgrading power or antenna outlets, lighting as well as heating and cooling. Our expert Electrical Consultant will gather an understanding of your needs and go through your entire home as there there are may be aspects of an electrical design you haven't considered.
