Our finance partner Inovayt, will call  you to provide a non-obligation finance qualification in order to understand  or confirm your borrowing capacity.

Please note, an Inovayt finance  qualification is required in order to continue on with your journey. 

We will take you on a guided walk through of our display homes, help you build your wish list and show you options including facade alternatives.

This is all in preparation for your Home Proposal – please book in a catch up with your Sales Consultant after your Walk Through

You will be presented a quote, containing the options you have selected. We will provide  a siting of your home on your block.

Pay your initial deposit to hold your price and finalise any further other options  to lock in your building site start date.

Deposit is fully refundable during this time, Sales Quotation to be signed by you and accepted by head office within 14 days  of receiving payment.

Sign off on your Sales Quotation,  plan and select your colours. Ensure your Sales Consultant has your land contract.

Here you will need to pay your second  Sales Deposit.

Your Customer Service Administrator will give you a call to book in your contract appointment and also confirm your contact, finance and conveyancer details.

We will present you with your Master Builder’s contract and working drawings. Here you will also need to pay your  $2,000 contract deposit.

If your land is titled, we will take care  of everything as we lodge plans to obtain  a Building Permit. Once your building permit is received, we can commence  with construction.
