Terms & Conditions
Referrer means an existing Eight Homes retail client who has signed a building contract.
Referred Client means a new customer introduced by the Referrer prior to the referred client paying their contract deposit.
• To be eligible as a Referrer, you must have signed a building contract with Eight Homes.
• Referrals must be submitted and approved prior to the referred client paying their contract deposit.
• The Referrer will receive a $1,000 Prezzee gift voucher once the referred client's home reaches site start.
• The Referred client will receive $1,000 off the base price of their new home.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
• This offer is open to retail clients only and excludes display home purchases and wholesale clients.
• Employees of Eight Homes and its related entities are not eligible to participate.
• Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Eight Homes reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate this program at any time without notice.
• Referrals are subject to verification and approval by Eight Homes.
• This offer is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
